Recipe: Crunchy 7 Grain Sesame Bars

CRUNCHY 7 GRAIN SESAME BARS

2 cups Arrowhead Mills Sesame Seeds
1 cup Arrowhead Mills 7 Grain Cereal
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped nuts
4 tbsp. Arrowhead Mills Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 tsp, grated orange
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. When thoroughly mixed, pat into an oiled pan, 1/2-inch thick.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly. Slice into bars.
