Recipe(tried): Deep Fried Tacos

Tia,

I have a friend who used to use potato flakes and mix it into her meat mixture. Then she spooned the potato/mixture and cheese into corn tortillas, folded them in half and deep fried them until almost crisp. If they're fried till crisp you couldn't put any other topping inside. Hope this helps
