JUNE/FLA:

Good afternoon Judy. No I have never been to this area nor ever had any corn pudding in my life. I just love well made rice pudding & choco pudding only. I do hope you will enjoy this recipe.

DRIED CORN RECIPE
PLAIN & FANCY RESTAURANT In Bird in Hand, Penna.

1 cup John Copes brand dried corn
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk

Cover corn with boiling water & let soak 1 hour. Add sugar, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer for approx. 1 hour, add water if needed. When corn is tender, add butter and milk and serve.

Good luck & enjoy the rest of the day young lady.
