Recipe: Spicy Nutmeg Carrots (using baby carrots)

SPICY NUTMEG CARROTS

"This spicy nutmeg carrots recipe is easy enough to prepare for your family during the week or a special holiday meal."



1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon ground (cayenne) red pepper (or to taste)

Cook carrots as directed on package.

Mix butter, nutmeg, garlic salt and red pepper in small bowl. Pour over carrots; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.
