Recipe(tried): Easiest-ever bacon

I just found the easiest way ever to make bacon! My friend told me this and I cannot thank her enough.

You do this in the microwave. Put a few paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Place strips of bacon on top. Cover with a few more paper towels.

Microwave on high for as many minutes as there are slices of bacon. For example, if there are 5 bacon slices microwave for 5 minutes.

I was amazed at how good this bacon was. Crispy, not at all greasy - all the fat was absorbed by the paper towels. And you don't have that grease splattering all over the place.
