Recipe: Easy Cheesecake

Easy Cheesecake

1 graham cracker crust (get the largest one)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand)
1 ( 8 oz) carton Cool-Whip
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling

Beat the milk, Cool-Whip, cream cheese and lemon juice together with a mixer. Pour into the crust, refrigerate at least an hour to set, then top with pie filling.
