Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe is from my neighbor she says they are really good and she says they raise She said the coffee has something to do with it. Haven't tried the recipe but going to.

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Crisco
4 eggs
1 cup cold coffee
4 cups flour
4 tsps baking powders
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz package chocolate chips

Cream sugar, Crisco, eggs together then dissolve 1 tsp baking soda in the coffee then everything else all together then drop by teaspoonfuls try a couple for a trial then if they don't raise then add a little more flour to you mixture. Bake at 375F 12-15 minutes
