Recipe(tried): Easy Punch

This may not be the punch you are looking for but it is one I have used for years and so quick and easy.

EASY PUNCH
Pour 1 tall can pineapple juice into punch bowl.
Add: 1 c sugar
2 pkg Kool-Aid (Lemon-lime for Christmas)
Mix together, then add:
About 8 c crushed ice
Spoon in 1 qt vanilla ice cream (more or less)- mash into smaller
pieces with potato masher.
Pour 2 liter bottle ginger ale over all.

I use this same recipe for most any occasion using other flavors of Kool
aid make other colors to fit the occasion. You can substitute 7-up or other flavors of soda, too. Use you imagination. If I am making for a large event, I have 2 punch bowls with the first3 ingredients mixed. As the first bowl is being served, I am already finishing up the 2nd one with ice cream and ginger ale. There's no waiting.
