Recipe: Fancy Ham-Wrapped Fruit

1 (3-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/3 pound thinly sliced fully-cooked ham, cut into 1x4-strips
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
In a small bowl stir together cream cheese and orange marmalade. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each ham strip. Place a piece of fruit on each ham strip and wrap around fruit.
Tropical fruits like papaya, mango and kiwi marry nicely with mild ham. Make up to 4 hours ahead, cover and chill.
Makes 32 pieces
