SOUTHERN BEAN AND BACON SALAD
1/3 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
dash pepper
2 cups green beans, cooked*
salad greens
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
radish roses (for garnish)
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Add the beans and toss lightly.
Place on salad greens and top with bacon. Garnish with radish roses.
*One can French-style green beans, drained may be substituted for cooked beans.
Servings: 6
