Recipe(tried): Fat Free Snacks

Appetizers and Snacks
Here are a couple of low fat snacks that I like and are easy to make. Hope they work for you.
HONEY SNACK MIX
2 cups corn chex 2 cups rice chex
1 cup mini pretzels
Combine in a microwave safe dish and mix gently
Drizzle over 3 T canola oil and 1/4 c honey
Mix gently. Microwave on high 1 1/2 min. stir and microwave another 30-90 sec. until it just starts to turn brown, watch closely as it will burn. Spread out on waxed paper to cool. Store in an air tight container. Enjoy.
this recipe is for a 1000 watt oven, times will vary.

HONEY MUSTARD PRETZELS
1/4/ c butter, melted 1/4 c honey
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
several dashes hot pepper sauce
1/4 t garlic powder
10 c mini pretzels
Place pretzels ina foil lined large baking pan. Combined rest of ingredients and pour over pretzels, toss lightly to coat. Bake 25 min. at 300 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Spread out on foin to cool.
serving size 2/3c--120 cal. 3g fat.
