Recipe: Food Processor Bread

FOOD PROCESSOR BREAD

1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water (115 to 120 degrees f)
3 cups flour, divided use
1 teaspoon salt

Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup warm water.

Place the steel blade in food processor. Add 2 cups flour, salt and half of the yeast mixture. Turn processor on and off twice.

Add remaining yeast mixture and up to 1 cup more flour, processing on and off. Place in a greased bowl cover. Let rise 1 hour or until double.

Punch down, knead a few seconds, and place in a greased loaf pan. Let rise again until double in size or 1 hour.

Bake 375 degrees F for 25 minutes.
