FRIED CHICKEN COBB SALAD
4 pieces deli fried chicken
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
1 medium avocado (1 cup), chopped
1 medium tomato (1 cup), chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
3/4 cup cucumber ranch salad dressing
Slice chicken off bone.
Place lettuce on large platter.
Place cheese in row down center of lettuce.
Place half of each remaining ingredient except dressing in vertical rows from cheese to edge of platter.
Repeat on other side of cheese with all remaining ingredients except dressing.
Cover; refrigerate until serving time, if desired.
Serve with dressing.
