Recipe(tried): Frozen Jalapenos

Vicki, I have flash frozen whole jalapenos
with good success when I was swamped with
peppers from my garden.
Just lay the peppers on a cookie sheet in
one layer and freeze. Pop them in a freezer
bag.
When you want to use them, take them out
of the bag, and defrost (about 10 min.)
and use right away.
Just remember, the peppers will get hotter
in the freezer.
