Recipe(tried): Fruit Smoothies Without Milk
BeveragesHi Jacque,
My hubby makes smoothies, without any milk products.
We buy large bags of frozen mixed fruit at Sams club.He puts some of this in the blender with some orange juice and water and blends up a smoothie.
I can't give you exact amounts, but you can probably try it and add more of whatever you think it needs.
By using the frozen fruit, you don't need any ice.
Give it a try and let me know what you think.
