Recipe: Creamy Colada Punch (1985)

"A delicious non-alcoholic version of a pina colada."
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream of coconut
3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 (12 oz.) can (1 1/2 cups) ginger ale, chilled
In 1 1/2 quart non-metal pitcher or punch bowl, stir cream of coconut and pineapple juice until well mixed.
Just before serving, add ginger ale, stirring gently.
Makes 10 servings (1/2 cup each)
