Recipe: Fun Fall Pumpkin Spread

FUN FALL PUMPKIN SPREAD

2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
freshly grated nutmeg, to taste (for serving)

In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg just before serving.
