Recipe(tried): Glazed Fresh Peach Pie - Un-equaled No-Bake Peach Pie

GLAZED FRESH PEACH PIE
Un-equaled for it's fresh peach taste.

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
ground cinnamon (to taste)
fresh ground nutmeg (to taste)
dash of salt
2 1/2 cups pureed, peeled fresh peaches
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pre-baked 9-inch pie shell (buy at the grocery store).
3 1/2 cups peeled, sliced, fresh peaches (approximately)

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in the pureed peaches, fresh orange juice, and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat until thickened (about 5 minutes).

Pour half of mixture into pre-baked pie shell. Top with fresh sliced peaches and cover with the rest of mixture. Chill at least 3 hours.

Serve with whipped cream.
