ISO: NoBake Peach Pie, when to add water?

This recipe sound great, I would like to try
with strawberries and peaches, but I am
alittle confused about when to add the water
that has the 1 tsp. of gelatin added. Do you
add it after you have boiled everything else
3 minmutes, or do you also boil that ?
