Recipe: Green Noodles And Ham

Misc.
Hi Jane - while you can probably make almost any pasta recipe with a spinach pasta, your question reminded me of a very simple, old recipe my mother had when I was young (and "green" pasta was a curiosity!) called:

GREEN NOODLES AND HAM
Serves 6

8 oz. green noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups cooked ham, cubed (you could substitute chicken or turkey)
16 ounces (1 pint) sour cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients and bake at 350F, covered, for 40 minutes. Additions like mushrooms or vegetables are good, as well, depending on your "audience".
