Recipe(tried): Green Peppers Stuffed with Coleslaw

Green Peppers Stuffed with Coleslaw

12 medium-sized green peppers
2 cups finely-chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped peeled onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped sweet red peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp celery seeds
1/4 cup grated fresh or prepared horseradish
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard

I use this recipe but only use the cabbage, salt and sugar.
