Recipe: Hot Baja Coffee (crock pot)
BeveragesHOT BAJA COFFEE
8 cups hot water
3 tbsp instant coffee granules
1/2 cup coffee liqueur
1/4 cup Creme de Cacoa liqueur
FOR SERVING:
3/4 cup whipped cream
2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate, grated
In slow-cooker, combine 8 cups hot water, coffee, and liqueurs.
Cover and heat on LOW 2-4 hours.
Ladle into mugs or heat-proof glasses. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
Makes 10 servings
