Recipe(tried): Grilled Chick Salad for Pat....

Misc.

Hi Pat,

The best Grilled Chicken salad I have been serving at my housae to my husband's great reviews and everyone munching away contently has been made with:

Louis Rich Carving Board Chicken Breast Strips, Teriyaki flavor. These strips are the real thing without you going thru the fuss of grilling chicken breasts.
I find them near the packaged meat at the grocers.

I make a mixed salad of mixed greens, toss in tomatoes, green and red pepper slices, cucumber slices, bits of scallions, toss in a handful of chopped pecans, a handful of dried cranberries or a handful of golden raisins, chopped cheddar and monerey jack cheese, top it off with these strips and then drizzle either Honey Mustard or our favorite, Raspberry Dressing. This is a winner for dinner, luncheon or a get-together of girls in the afternoon. Have a nice dessert on hand and away you go!!!
