Recipe(tried): Island theme party

Hi Gina. I have a Luau every summer and have bought a lot of great decorating items at Oriental Trading. They have great prices and ship pretty fast too. Lei's and grass skirts are fun. Grass table skirts look great too, especially lighted.

You might have a roast pork, aloha sweet potatoes, fresh green beans, spinach & strawberry salad, grilled seafood, etc. These items are always a big hit. Don't forget the mai tai's and pina colada's and party music. Drews Hawaiian CD's are really good and you can get those on-line or at Oriental too.

Make a colorful fruit tray and put a fresh pineapple in the center. Tropical fruit cheesecake by Kraft foods.com is wonderful. Just type in hawaiian recipes in your URL and you can get a lot of good recipes. Hope this helps.
