Recipe: Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad (with croutons, sundried tomatoes, and walnuts)

GRILLED CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup torn fresh basil leaves (or coarsely chopped fresh parsley)
4 skinless boneless chicken breast haves
4 cups cooked bow tie or medium tube shaped pasta
1 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Home Style Caesar flavored croutons
1/2 cup drained Sonoma marinated dried tomatoes, cut into
strips
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Mix oil, vinegar and basil, reserve 2/3 cup dressing.

Grill or broil chicken 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with remaining dressing. Slice chicken into thin strips.

Toss pasta, croutons, tomatoes, chicken and walnuts with reserved dressing. Garnish with cheese. Serve immediately.
