Recipe: Grilled Tri-tip

Misc.

Interesting about the mustard. My husband grills a tri-tip on the barbeque
with lots of garlic inserted and smears it with plain mustard. Since I am not
a big mustard eater I was skeptical. The tri-tip is wonderful. Mustard burns
off and leaves the meat so tender.
