Recipe(tried): Lamb Shanks

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats

Learned this very simple recipe from a friend years ago. Simply take plain old
French's yellow mustard and spread over lamb shank. Place in a baking pan that
has been sprayed with Pam and season with salt and pepper. Place in a 350
degree oven and bake till done. So easy, but it is really good.
