Recipe: Homemade Boursin Cheese (blender or food processor)

HOMEMADE BOURSIN CHEESE

1 large clove garlic (or 2 small cloves garlic)
8 ounces unsalted whipped butter, softened
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon powdered thyme
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dill weed

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and well combined.

Spoon mixture into a small serving bowl and chill overnight.

Serve at room temperature.

Makes 2 cups
