HONEY BAKED VIDALIAS
6 medium Vidalia Sweet Onions, (about 1 1/2-inches peeled and halved crosswise)
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons margarine, cut into small pieces
Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Arrange onions, cut side up, in an 11x7-inch microwave safe baking dish. Pour honey over top of onions and dot with margarine.
Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes, basting with pan juice and rotating dish 1/4 turn twice, until onions are tender.
For garnish, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
