Recipe(tried): Horseradish Sauce for Prime Rib

I make mine a bit different than the recipe with sourcream and vinegar.

Carton of whipping cream.. (beat till stiff)(it goes for.. so you might want to use only half of the carton.
add squirt of Worchestershire(spelling?) sauce
smidge of lemon juice
and about one-two tsps of horseradish.
STIR IT UP.

It doesn't sound like it would be good .. but I like it better than the sour cream version.
