CINNAMON BREAD
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 (2-layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4-serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
3/4 cup lemon-lime soda (or water)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 bread pans and set aside.
Combine sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine (dry) cake mix, (dry) pudding mix, eggs, oil and lemon-lime soda or water. Beat for 10 minutes.
Pour 1/4 cup batter in each prepared pan. Place 1/4 of sugar mixture over batter. Swirl together with a knife. Divide remaining batter among pans and top with remaining sugar mixture. Swirl together.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until done.
Makes 2 loaves
