QUICK CHICKEN DIVAN MAKE-OVER
16 ounces frozen broccoli spears
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain. Arrange broccoli in ungreased 12x8 inch baking dish. Layer chicken over broccoli.
In small bowl, combine soup and yogurt. Blend well. Spoon soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
