I once got our local paper to get a version on Houston's recipe. The manager said he couldn't give out the actual recipe because, of course, it is a trade secret. But he hinted at what you needed to make the cous cous - this recipe is really close except substitute currants for the raisins and lemon chiffon yogurt for the plain yogurt and lemon juice.
