Thank You: Houston's couscous

I LOVED their couscous. But if I recall, it was cilantro and lemon with lemon zest. I made an attempt at making it years ago. I use vanilla yogurt for sweetness, omitting the honey, it was good. But it,s great to see someone else remembers it too and has a recipe.
