Recipe(tried): Hungarian Lamb Goulash (using tomato sauce, crock pot)
Main Dishes - Beef and Other MeatsHUNGARIAN LAMB GOULASH
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen cut green beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 lb lean lamb stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (15 oz) can chunky tomato sauce
1 3/4 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
4 tsp paprika
3 cups or more hot cooked egg noodles (for serving)
Place the green beans and onions in the bottom of crock pot. Top with the lamb.
In a large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients except for the noodles, mix well. Pour over the lamb.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir gently before serving over the egg noodles.
Makes 6 servings
