BEEF PALACE MEAT MARINADE
1 cup dry red wine
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup oil
Combine all ingredients except oil. Whisk or shake until blended. Add oil.
Shake marinade before using. Pour over roasts or steaks; turn often. Marinate in refrigerator an hour or two for steaks and overnight for large roasts.
Remaining marinade may be used for basting during cooking.
