this is a recipe that my friend always makes and gave to me...I tried it and love it ...
easy to do!

recipe for chilean chilli ( pebre)Salsa
chilli paste ( if not use chilli sauce not sweet)
1 bunch of fresh coriander
1-2 cloves of garlic
half of mediun onion
1 medium tomatoe
salt,vinegar to taste
water
cut coriander, tomatoe, onion, garlic very finelly mixed together add 1 or 2 tablespoon
of chilli paste, salt ,vinegar,water, mixed.
