Recipe: Three Chocolates Mug Brownie (serves 1, microwave)

THREE CHOCOLATES MUG BROWNIE



1 (1/2-inch) thick) slice butter
1 egg
4 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
6 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp single cream
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp crunchy hazelnut spread

In the microwave, melt the butter in a bowl for 20 second (800 watts).

In a mug, beat in one by one the egg, sugar, melted butter, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cream and chocolate chips. Spread the crunchy hazelnut spread around the inside edge of the mug.

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds (800 watts).

Makes 1 serving
