Recipe(tried): ITALIAN FARINA PIE

ITALIAN FARINA PIE
8 eggs
2 TBS. vanilla
2 TBS. anisette
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk
2 cups water
1 pat of butter
pinch of salt
1 cup farina

Mix eggs,vanilla,anisette and set aside. In a saucepan, slowly boil
sugar,milk,water,butter and salt. Add 1 cup farina and the egg mixture. Mix
well. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Add additional dots of butter on top of
batter and bake until brown in a 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes.
