Recipe(tried): Pillsbury Carrot Cake with Mandarin Oranges

This recipe is the one from the Pillsbury book, my copy was dated 1995. Not the one with a cake mix but the one with 3 cups of flour.

I have made this in the past several times. When I doubled the recipe and made a large cake for a ladies Bible Study the ladies loved and have asked me to make it for a special church event this Saturday. The pastor even mentioned it in his sermon once. I love to bake and this recipe is a winner.
