Jade Cream Mold
Serve this minty, frosty dessert for an extra-special occasion--
1 Pkg. whipped dessert topping (Cool Whip)
1 quart vanilla ice cream
1 pint lime sherbet
1/4 c. green creme de menthe (I like to use half creme de cocoa)
Chocolate curls

Stir together ice cream, sherbet, creme de menth and the whipped topping till blended. Turn in to mold or into a container to scoop from. Garnish molds with chocolate curls or a chocolate wafer cookie. I like to put scoops of the dessert into stemware dishes & garnish.
