Recipe(tried): Judy & Linda....read more....

Misc.

Hi Judy and Linda,
I just read your posts, and although I'm Italian, we never had that dish served at home, could be because "southern italians" don't eat much cabbage because of the heat in the south...anyway, my cousin was down visiting from Cleveland with her husband who is Polish, and they made the cabbage/noodle dish with sliced smoked polish (or Kielbasa) sausage..she sliced it, pan fried it, added finely shredded cabbage (pan fried in butter), then added the already cooked egg noodles and tosses with salt and pepper...All my grandkids ate it!!! I couldn't believe it..it was delish!!!!try it!!
