Thanks, but neither of those are what I'm looking for. (I'm very familiar with your fried cabbage variations, since my ancestry is Slovak and I do a lot of Halusky z'kapusta!) This dish was boiled and then the cheese added at serving time and melted by the heat of the dish. Thanks again, but I'm still ISO!
