Hi Peggy... I found 3 fillings, 1 for Lady Locks and 2 for Cream Horns. Will post all three and you can choose which one may be closest to what you need.
LADY LOCKS FILLING
1 cup Crisco
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups Confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 cup cold milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 pint (2 cups) marshmallow creme
Cream Crisco, add flour and sugar alternately, with milk. Beat until creamy. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla. Beat wel. Use electric mixer. Fill lady locks and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
CREAM HORN FILLING #1
1 cup milk
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 heaping tablespoons marshmallow creme
Cook milk and flour into a paste. Cool in refrigerator. Beat Crisco, powdered sugar, granulated sugar and cold paste and vanilla. Beat with mixer until light. Add marshmallow creme and mix until no trace of sugar is left. Fill horns and keep in a cool place.
Filling for 11 dozen

4 tablespoons flour
1 cup butter or oleo
2 cups powdered sugar
6 tablespoons marshmallow whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add milk to flour and cook on stove until thick, take off and let cool. Place in mixer butter and powdered sugar, add marshmallow whip and vanilla. Add cooked mixture and mix well. Use pastry tube to fill horns.
