Recipe: Layered Holiday Surprise

Layered Holiday Surprise

1 sm box cherry jello
1 sm box lemon jello
1 sm box lime jello
1 3 oz brick cream cheese
1 C whipping cream
1 (15 1/4 oz) can crushed pineapple

Dissolve cherry jello in 1 1/2 C boiling water. Pour into container and chill until firm. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 1/2 C boiling water. Gradually add cream cheese until smooth. (Use electric mixer if desired) Cool to room temperature. Beat whipped cream until stiff peaks form then fold into lemon jello mixture. Pour on top of cherry layer and chill. Dissolve lime jello in 1 c boiling water. Stir in pineapple with juice. Pour over lemon layer and chill.
