Recipe: Layered Reuben Spread/Dip

Have not tried yet but I sure will :) sounds wonderfull :)

Layered Reuben Spread/Dip

2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Thousand Island dressing
1 can (8oz) sauerkraut, well drained
1 bag (8 oz) shreeded swiss cheese (2 cups)
1 pk (6oz) thin sliced corned beef chopped
2 Tablesp thin sliced green onions (2 med)
1 box toasted wheat crackers

Heat oven to 350.

In small bowl mix mayonnaise and dressing.

In ungreased 9-inch pie pan layer sauerkraut, half the cheese, the corned beef and the mayo mixture. To the remaining half of cheese add sliced onions mix and sprinkle over top.

Bake 20/25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve the spreas with crackers.

Doesn't this sound soooooooo yummy :) It is in a new cookbook I got yesterday :)
