Recipe(tried): Layered Taco Dip

Misc.
Here's a recipe that sounds similar to what you describe. However, I usually
omit the avacado dip because it's not something I keep on hand. Something
else you can do is cook up some hamburger with taco seasoning and add a
layer of that...It's almost like a casserole that way.

TACO DIP
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. carton sour cream
6 oz. pkg. frozen avocado dip, thawed
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 drops hot pepper sauce
4 oz. can chopped ripe olives
4 oz. can chopped green chiles, drained
4 green onions, chopped
2 cups torn (I like shredded) lettuce
1 tomato, diced
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Blend cream cheese, sour cream, avacado dip, lemon juice and hot pepper
sauce. Spread mixture in large serving dish. Layer on remaining ingredients.
If made ahead, top with olives, chiles, onions, lettuce, tomato and cheese
just before serving. Keep refrigerated.
Serves 10.
