I love How to Cook Everything. I also saw that your husband likes Asian, Thai, etc. and really like books by Hugh Carpenter. Some of them are Hot Pasta, Hot Chicken, Hot Wok. Everything I have made has been great. Especially good potstickers in the Hot Pasta.
