ISO: uncooked cheese, chile spread appetizer

There is a great dip/spread that's been making the rounds and I had the recipe and have lost it before I ever got to make it. I uses shredded cheddar, canned chiles and possibly mayonnaise, maybe olives. I'm not sure. It was great and I'd love to make it, since it's not served hot. It's usually served with tostados or corn chips.
