Recipe: Layered Taco Dip Variation

I knew I'd made that Taco Dip a different way before! I found another
recipe that calls for 1 can of refried beans as the bottom layer, cooked
hamburger as the next layer, the cream cheese/sour cream mixture (omit lemon j
juice and hot sauce) should be mixed with one packet taco seasoning mix and
then added as the next layer. Here 1 can of salsa is optional and then layer
on the chiles, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
